The standard minimum term is 11 months but in certain circumstances a larger deposit could potentially reduce the rental term.
At the end of the rental term you have the eligibility to use the already paid rental amounts towards the “pay to own the vehicle” option, in this case you will also be charged the fixed lump sum amount stipulated in your contract upon signing.
This often happens when customers financial circumstances unexpectedly change so we created another option where valuable customers can continue the rental for an extra 3 months to pay off the final “pay to own” amount.
We supply all our vehicles with a 12 months MOT & with rentals over 12 months we will pay for the upcoming MOT test cost (around £45). We can also arrange to pick up & drop off the rental vehicle which is why we only do rentals within a 25 miles radius from our HQ.
If it is within the agreed mileage agreement and the tyre damage is NOT due to careless/poor driving then that cost is down to us, otherwise it is down to the renter.
All our cars are thoroughly checked, they come with a fresh, valid MOT and tyres that do not need replacing during the agreed rental term. Besides, you will receive your rental car valeted to a high standard.
As we own the vehicles we pay the road tax.
If this unfortunate situation happens then with your breakdown insurance in place which is compulsory to have as per our T&Cs, the breakdown cover company will use a delivery truck to deliver the vehicle to our HQ and you as our valued customer will receive a like for like replacement vehicle delivered to your location (that must be within the 25 miles radius from our registered HQ address in Wilmslow).
